Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
By downloading or using worp, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What worp does
worp provides secure, peer-to-peer remote access to terminal sessions on your own Mac from your iPhone. You are responsible for the Mac, sessions, and accounts you choose to connect to.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. Keep your devices secure — you are responsible for activity that happens through your paired devices.
Acceptable use
- Use worp only for systems you own or are authorized to access.
- Don't use worp to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Subscriptions & billing
worp is free to start. worp Pro is a subscription sold through the App Store. If you begin a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Payments, refunds, and renewals are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Software & updates
worp may update automatically — the Mac app updates via Sparkle — and its features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.
Disclaimers
worp is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure against every threat, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, worp and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.
Termination
You can stop using worp at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll revise the date above; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
